1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract

N.U.S. AG does not permanently store the contract text. Customers are therefore requested to save the order data and the applicable version of these Terms and Conditions (e.g. by printing or saving as a PDF).

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the N.U.S. AG online shop (www.nusag-shop.ch) or by email. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&Cs.

1.2 By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these T&Cs and makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

1.3 A purchase contract is concluded when N.U.S. AG confirms the order via email or dispatches the ordered goods.

1.4 The offer is directed at natural and legal persons residing in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany, and Austria. Deliveries to other countries are available upon request.

1.5 By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally competent.

1.6 Before final submission, an order summary is displayed. Customers can amend their details at any time. By placing an order, they confirm they have read and accepted these T&Cs and the privacy policy.

1.7 The customer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information when registering or ordering. Any changes must be communicated immediately.


2. Prices and Delivery Charges

2.1 All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately.

2.2 Prices may change at any time. The prices published on the website on the date of the order shall apply.

2.3 For deliveries abroad (e.g. to Germany or Austria), customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply, which must be borne by the customer.


3. Payment Terms

3.1 The following payment methods are available:

  • Invoice purchase

  • TWINT

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PostFinance Card

  • PostFinance E-Finance

  • SOFORT transfer (Klarna)

  • PayPal

  • Advance payment

If advance payment is selected, the invoice amount must be transferred within 10 days to the account specified in the order confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, N.U.S. AG reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.

3.2 Invoice payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, without deductions or fees.

3.3 In the event of late payment, a maximum of two reminders will be sent. From the second reminder, a late fee of CHF 10.– will be charged. If the invoice remains unpaid, the claim will be handed over to a debt collection agency. Additional interest on arrears and collection fees may apply based on the agency’s rates.


4. Delivery and Retention of Title

4.1 Delivery is usually made within 10 working days after receipt of the order. The customer will be informed of any delays.

4.2 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

4.3 All offers are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, N.U.S. AG reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be fully refunded.

4.4 Goods remain the property of N.U.S. AG until payment is received in full.

4.5 Transport damage must be reported to the carrier upon receipt. If delivery is refused without valid reason, N.U.S. AG reserves the right to charge any resulting costs.

4.6 For international deliveries, shipping is at the customer’s own risk. N.U.S. AG is not liable for loss or damage if goods were properly handed over to the carrier.


5. Right of Return and Withdrawal

Unpaid or insufficiently franked returns will not be accepted. No refund will be made for returns that do not meet the return conditions.

5.1 Customers with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Returns from abroad (especially Germany, Austria or other countries) as part of a voluntary return policy are excluded. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers, if applicable. For justified defects according to clause 6, returns from abroad are also permitted.

5.2 Conditions:

  • The goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • The return must be sufficiently franked.

  • A copy of the invoice or delivery note must be enclosed.

5.3 Opened or used products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

5.4 Returns are at the customer’s expense and risk. Proof of dispatch must be retained. Returns without proof will not be credited. The return address is listed on www.nusag-shop.ch.

5.5 N.U.S. AG reserves the right to issue a refund only after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 10 days (up to 30 days depending on the payment provider).


6. Warranty and Complaints

Some products are natural goods and may vary slightly in colour, smell or consistency. These do not constitute defects.

6.1 The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

6.2 Any defects must be reported in writing or by email to within 5 working days.

6.3 In the case of justified defects, a replacement or refund will be provided. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Customs duties, import taxes or other fees in connection with cross-border deliveries are excluded from the warranty and will not be refunded.


7. Product Information / Use

7.1 The product and usage information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

7.2 The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use is at the customer’s own risk.


8. Disclaimer of Liability

8.1 N.U.S. AG shall only be liable for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded.

8.2 N.U.S. AG accepts no liability for health complaints or intolerances arising from the use of its products, provided the products are properly labelled and not defective. Use is at the customer’s own risk and does not replace medical advice.

8.3 In the event of resale or improper use by third parties, N.U.S. AG shall not be held liable. Responsibility lies with the respective retailer or user.


9. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (revDSG). The full privacy policy is available at: www.nusag-shop.ch/datenschutz.


10. Communication

Electronic communications, especially by email, are deemed written and legally binding unless otherwise required by law.


11. Technical Availability

N.U.S. AG does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. Maintenance, technical failures or force majeure may temporarily restrict access.


12. Online Dispute Resolution (EU Customers Only)

Consumers residing in the EU may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. N.U.S. AG does not participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.


13. Amendments to the T&Cs

N.U.S. AG reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The version published at the time of the order applies.


14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

14.1 Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

14.2 The place of jurisdiction shall be, at the customer’s choice, either their place of residence or the registered office of N.U.S. AG in Stein am Rhein.


15. Language and Validity

The German version of these T&Cs is legally binding. Translations are for informational purposes only. Communication with N.U.S. AG is conducted in German. Enquiries in other languages cannot be guaranteed.


16. Promotions, Discounts and Vouchers

Discounts and vouchers are only valid during the specified period, non-cumulative and not redeemable for cash. Only one voucher code may be used per order.


17. Pricing Errors and Incorrect Information

All information on the website is provided without guarantee. In the event of obvious errors, particularly in prices or product descriptions, N.U.S. AG reserves the right to cancel or amend the order.


18. Partial Deliveries

N.U.S. AG is entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer. Subsequent deliveries are made free of charge.


19. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters, official orders, supply shortages), N.U.S. AG accepts no liability for delivery delays or failure to fulfil obligations.


20. Abusive Behaviour

20.1 N.U.S. AG reserves the right to exclude customers from its offer in cases of abusive behaviour (e.g. repeated unjustified returns or multiple use of new customer benefits).

20.2 N.U.S. AG also reserves the right to deactivate or delete customer accounts in the event of repeated violations of the T&Cs or misuse of services.


21. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes as close as possible to the intended economic purpose.
